Fractional Fryers

I have always loved fried food. I grew up in the south so fried food was a staple in my town. Fried chicken strips and French fries are definitely my favorite fried food. After going away to college and putting on a few pounds I quickly realized that if I wanted to love a long and healthy life I would have to cut back on the amount of fried food that I consume. I hated not being able to eat my normal fried food all the time but I got used to it. I worked out hard for a couple years and now I am in the best shape of my life. I then met my wife who is a professional chef. It is difficult for us sometimes because she have a passion for food and especially fried food. Because she cooks the dinner in our house I sometimes lose the fried food battle.

As I think about my health, it isn’t just about the extra fat that is in fried foods, it is about the cholesterol. I have my health to think about too which is why I was so excited to find out about fractional fryers from a friend of mine at work. Bill trains for triathlons and is very strict with his diet. When I got serious about my health and diet I consulted with him on what types of foods I should and shouldn’t be eating. Well, Bill just ordered and received his new fractional fryer off the internet and he loves it.

Fractional fryers use a new cooking technology that uses drastically less oil to fry foods. What that means is that you can have fried food without all the fat that is normally associated with fried foods. Bill cooked for us two pounds of French fries using only a teaspoon of cooking oil. The fried came out and I was simply amazed. These tasted like the French fries you would get at any fast food restaurant. I ordered one from the internet that day. I now cook my favorite meal in my fractional fryer. I have fried chicken fingers and French fried once a week and never have to worry about consuming too much fat or cholesterol.

If you love fried food but just don’t want to take in all the excess fat that comes with fried foods, I suggest you give a fractional fryer a test drive. You can find a number of different models online. Fried food never tasted so good and guiltless!
